True. I find myself doing it every once in a while. Oddly, it is a comfort to me and helps me through my rough times.

Mimmy: I totally feel you! I argue with books, the radio, TV. Especially game shows. I swear, they dig up the weirdest people for game shows. LOL

The person below me believes in ghosts.

Can I give an unequivocal "Sometimes" as my answer? Wink

Honestly, my belief in ghosts varies depending on my mood, the circumstances and how you're defining "ghost". Do I believe there are things out there that cannot (yet) be explained by science? Yes. Do I believe it is possible for someone's spirit/presense/whatever to influence the world after their physical body has died? Yes. Does that = "ghosts"? not always.

The person below me works a full-time job.

Aye, I do. I'm self-employed (65+hrs p/w), and the boss is a bitch.

In fact it's 3:20 AM on a Saturday morning, and I've just sprung out of bed to go to work in forty minutes. Anyone who tells you that fashion is a glamour industry can go to hell - there's nothing glam about seeing the wrong side of a sunrise.

Coffee coffee coffee coffee coffee coffee.

The person below me yearns for fame and fortune.

False. Fame and Fortune would be way too much hassel! I'd rather live comfortably well off and revel in my obscurity -- less of a headache that way.

The person below me is freezing their arse (ass) off at the moment.

TRUE!! It's bloody freezing in my office right now. It's 70 degrees (F) (21 C for you metric folks Very Happy ) outside and probably closer to 60 (15 C) in my office. *shivers*

I'm ready for nice spring weather, darnit!

The person below me prefers hot tea over coffee.

False. Don't get me wrong I enjoy hot tea if I'm in the mood for it, but I've been a die-hard coffee drinker since my university days. French pressed over brewed if I have the time.

The person below me sometimes makes breakfast for supper.

True. Sometimes we have pancakes, sometimes eggs, and if I really don't feel like cooking at all, a bowl of ceral does the trick.

The person below me is worried that the new Xmen movie will mangle the Dark Pheonix story line.

Nope, not worried. I KNOW they are going to ruin it. There is so much missing. No White Witch. Sad

The person below me thinks that Alan Rickman was a perfect choice to voice Marvin in The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy movie.

Oh so true! I nearly died when I heard it. He needed more lines though Wink

The person below me thinks Mastercard needs a new campaign because they're really sick of the current one (the x: $, y: $$, z: priceless one).

So very true! The first few were good, but now it is very stale.

I finally saw Hitchhikers' Guide to the Galaxy and laughed my butt off. Rickman was the perfect voice for Marvin.

To all of you who are mom's or special in the life of a child, Happy Mother's Day!

To all of you who forgot tomorrow was Mother's Day, hurry up there's still time to get a card. Laughing

The person below me is going to see his/her mom on Mother's Day.

False. My mother lives on the other side of the country, and is a raging bitch anyway, so I'll be ignoring her for Mother's Day. Smile I will, however, be celebrating with my grandmother. She's been a mother and grandmother enough times over to deserve celebration and appreciation.

The person below me never shops for presents until the day before they're due to be given.

Well...that one's only occasionally true, if only because I tend to write down people's birthdays and stuff like that about a week before they actually happen. Wink

The person below me has memorized Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

True and false. I've memorized some of the scenes, mostly because the guys I used to work with would recite it at random, and so I've heard it ten million times.

The person below me owns a laptop/notebook PC, but doesn't own a desktop computer.

False.

I have the laptop which I use mainly for work, Rolling Eyes and we have a desktop system that the entire family uses.

The person below me refuses to grow old gracefully.

Grow old? What's that? I just become better with age, like a fine vintage of wine!

So mmm, I guess true?

The person below me liked Ben Brower more in Farscape than in Star Gate, SG1.
