I read all three of these about two or three summers ago on fanfiction.net.

1) "What a Way to Go" by Severeley Snaped
Hermione won Snape at a charity/date auction. He has to be her slave and stay on a leash.

2) Another auction theme, but Hermione and Snape end up charmed so they can only stay a certain distance from each other. At the auction, Hermione feels Snape's hands and traces "You're mine" on his hand. She wins him, of course. They stay in a cabin or small house, and as time goes on, the distance between them closes. In the end they are married and telling the tale to their children.
