So I'm looking for a fic I read. Severus and Hermione have to drink a potion to reveal their soul mates or true loves and Hermione's vision is fuzzy while Severus' is clear and shows Hermione. Because she's underage, and she has to be slowly drawn to him, Dumbledore urges Severus to write her letters. There is time travel involved, I think. And Sirius' diary? It mostly takes place at Hogwarts.
I really hope I didn't combine 2 fics here. I read a lot of fics last summer.

| I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the time travel and the diary. Some hooded stranger tells Sirius that she will be cursed. And only true love can break it. The Trio finds the diary at Grimmauld Place and Severus overhears the conversation and chastises Ron for saying the name of the curse outloud...turns out later it was Snape that told Sirius about the curse...it turns into a very elaborate time travel story...But then again, I could be mixing up about five different stories. |

You are completely right. It is the same story. Me bad. My mind pictured something different when you mentioned time-turner and I didn't associate it with the story...ll check my recs list and I'll tell you the name and link in a minute. |

O M G! I was looking at the completely wrong archive! I was looking at Ashwinder! I just assumed I read it there because that was the archive I read most from last summer. But nooooo it was the one I picked up later in the summer.
I thank you so much. This fic has been haunting me for ages. |

hehe. When looking for Lotm's work, you should check Ashwinder, The Petulant Poetess and Restricted Section. She doesn't have all her fics in all of them, some fics are posted in more than one, but not all, and you won't find the same fics in each archive.
That sounded like a riddle, sorry. Hope you understood what I meant anyway.  |
