I'm looking for a story where Hermione gets captured by Lucius Malfoy.
She is tortured and beaten -- possibly raped -- and is threatened... among other things, there is a scene were Draco is about to chop her hand off (though it turns out Lucius is just testing the both of them).
More importantly, Lucius uses Hermione's uncertainty, doubt, fear and stuff to make a potion that will become a muggleborn-repellent powder, that could be spread in Diagon-ally and would make it very painful for muggleborns to enter.
Lucius also uses Hermione's own wand to torture her, and makes her use a spell that burns her wand (the ash is added to the potion).
