Welcome to the forum! Please excuse the mess of spammers we have here...
I'm not sure of your question. Sci-fiction is made up of thousands of universes, each created by some particular author. The universe of Star Wars is seperate from Star Trek, for example, and the "science" of each has it's own laws, and it's own web-site, and fandoms, with some cross-overs. (Fanfiction.net has many of these sci-fic-fan-fics.) Google your favorite sci-fic author, look for his or her "official" page and go from there.
Space.com is a good site for ideas of how space would look like, how a body reacts in space, and so forth. It's a good foundation for space travel stories. The psychologies of the future races is something everyone has his or her own theories.
Hope this helps. Good luck, and I look forward to reading yours! |

Er...after seeing a link in the text of the original post, I strongly suspect that this is actually spam. |

The odd thing about that post was, I checked the author's profile and from that, got a web page that was a research lab in England. Sooo, what with the hidden web site that was in the address, I'd vote that it was a very clever spammer. Also, the fact that there wasn't a "thank you" note or any follow-up post seemed rather awkward. |
